Missouri

I recently went on a road trip with the Kilpatrick famly to visit some friends in Kirksville, MO.  We had nice weather most of the time, but one day it was raining.  Our friend Katie had seen a post on Pinterest.  So we tried it out.

You cut your milk jugs apart and draw on them with colored permanant markers.  It reminded us of shrinky-dinks ... but you don't shrink them.

We made sea horses, ponies, Pokemon characters, an owl, monsters and a pair of goggles.
My ultimate favorite was made by Katie.
She made a beautiful butterfly!
I was so excited!  I had fun visiting with them.
We're headed off to church.  And once again they made me smile.  Cecelia was wearing PURPLE (the color for lupus)!  She and two of the boys were wearing aqua ... the color of our team shirts.
